Deer Valley Unified School District's Community Education Department offers an Arizona Department of Transportation approved Drivers Education program for high school students including behind-the-wheel training for students that are at least 15 years, 6 months. Students must have their driving permit in order to receive the behind-the-wheel training. In addition, students must be currently registered in/attending an Arizona high school. Students who successfully complete the program, which requires 100% attendance, will receive a Certificate of Completion and the MVD will be notified electronically once the student has passed all required skills. This fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License, usually exempting the student from being required to take the road test with an MVD examiner. **Note: Includes graphic images/discussion involving accidents**

GIFTED TESTING FOR STUDENTS NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING A DVUSD SCHOOL *Please email a photocopy of your child's birth certificate prior to testing. **All Gifted Testing is scored using age-level norms. DVUSD Gifted Services cannot score assessments without verification of age.
