Children's Museum of Phoenix Field Trip
Come join DVFRC staff for a fun filled day at the Children's Museum of Phoenix! Transportation will be provided by you, but tickets will be provided by us! Tickets will be provided for children ages 0 - 5 and 1 adult per family. ** Registration will show as wait list only. Muffins with Mom
MUFFINS WITH MOM We are celebrating our mothers, grandmothers, and mother-figures! Children will bring their mother, grandmother, or mother-figure for muffins and craft activities to celebrate Mother's Day. DVFRC will provide muffins, juice, and water. Due to space limitations in the family resource center, we request that no more than 2 adults attend. -

PAZ Yoga Kids Interactive Storytime
Jump like a frog and stomp around like a bear as we introduce yoga poses into our stories and songs! What is Kids Yoga? Kids Yoga is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and may include age-appropriate games, animal sounds, and creative names for poses. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Play Dough Experience
Squishing, rolling, sculpting, molding . . . young children love to play with play dough!Our Play Dough Experiences are designed for children ages 2- 5 years of age. We will be implementing a PLAY based model, and our sessions provide children with the exposure to areas including early language and literacy. Parents will learn about how play impacts brain development and will get ideas for creating purposeful play at home. -
