They bring hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.) experiences that are aligned with Developmentally Appropriate Practice, National Association for the Education of Young Children recommendations for high quality programs, Arizona Early Learning Standards, and Teaching Strategies GOLD. Our child-centered programs provide opportunities for children to deepen their learning connections, practice higher order thinking skills, and build their knowledge about the world around them. The program can also support school-ready skills such as problem-solving, communication, persistence, and confidence.

Teach your LEGO® bricks some cool new tricks in this exciting LEGO® Engineering camp! Explore the Six Classical Machines and build projects to discover the foundations of all modern marvels using a mix of standard LEGO® and LEGO® Technic™ parts, including gears and motors. Then, learn how to program and build the automated machines of the future using LEGO® Mindstorms® Robotics and laptops. Camp will challenge students to develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills as they learn STEM concepts and work to solve challenges with creative solutions. Students entering 1st through 7th grade are eligible for this camp. Students should bring a water bottle and a snack and leave their own LEGO® at home. All other supplies are provided. There are no take-home projects. Please let us know if your child has a latex allergy on your registration, as a project uses a latex balloon.

Step into the role of a real-life investigator in this hands-on summer Crime Scene Investigation camp! Designed for students in grades 6–9, this engaging program introduces the science, critical thinking, and teamwork skills used to work investigations. Campers will learn the fundamentals of forensic science, including how to observe a scene carefully, collect and document evidence, and analyze clues such as fingerprints, shoe prints, handwriting, and basic blood pattern concepts (age-appropriate).
