Conversion to Virtual Child CareTemporary child care for a specified period of time to coincide with students attending Free Safe Learning Space at their home school, as determined by the DVUSD Governing Board and Administration. This is a fee-based program and does not include your registration into FSLS or our school-based Before & After School Care programs. Child care is provided within our Before & After Care program from 6:30 AM until the start of school, and from school dismissal until 6:00 PM. All rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the B&A program and DVUSD apply. This is for students in grades K-8, age 5-14. Kindergarten students, including early entry, may attend upon reaching their 5th birthday.Child Care Program

WaitlistDrivers Education - Fall ClassesDrivers EducationDeer Valley Unified School District's Community Education Department offers an Arizona Department of Transportation approved Drivers Education program for high school students including behind-the-wheel training for students that are at least 15 years, 6 months. Students must have their driving permit in order to receive the behind-the-wheel training. In addition, students must be currently registered in/attending an Arizona high school. Students who successfully complete the program, which requires 100% attendance, will receive a Certificate of Completion and the MVD will be notified electronically once the student has passed all required skills. This fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License, usually exempting the student from being required to take the road test with an MVD examiner. **Note: Includes graphic images/discussion involving accidents**2025-2026
